Just a lil' humidifier in the bottom? Or do you have both humidifier/dehumidifier going there? Any circulation options?

Only a dehumidifier on a an inkbird, there’s a fan in there that moves the air over the peltier that seems to be enough tbh, I was thinking about putting some little pc fans in there to stir things up but I’m not convinced it’s needed ( with a peltier you don’t need humidifier as opposed to one with a compressor). The weed allready has to much moisture when it goes in, I rely on the dehumidifier (also peltier, not compressor) to control the moisture down to 58% at 12’c. I’ve went as low as 9’c at 62% but it takes forever for admittedly slightly better quality.

Certainly every grow is a little different.... Unless you've got really strict environmental conditions

I'm blown away on how wide the division is on some simple concepts here. Fade, Flushing, Curing.... it's like a civil war here. There's mountains of article's that support these ideas yet this website is the only place that I know of that strongly states otherwise. Keeping my mind open, that's why I'm still here.

I guess to find out you have to experiment yourself, there’s a lot of good info out there, there’s also a lot of misinformation. A plant taken a certain length of time will fade whether it’s been flushed or not, it’s called senescence.
IMHO Flushing ur plant is detrimental to its health, ruins processes that we really want to happen.
Keeping the plant super healthy all the way upto harvest is what works for me and more and more other people by the day.
There has been a lot of bro science in the cannabis industry for too long, legalisation has allowed more scientists to study the crop and there’s so much contradictory information coming out these days which is slowly but surely putting an end to the bro science and grow store guru advice.

Exactly brother. Trying to find a repeatable process the continually puts out top notch flower. Blue Brothers post is intriguing. Think im going to give that a go

Yeah just a couple, place the inkbird sensor between trays but not touching any flower, if it touches the flower the inkbird will switch on the dehumidifier for far too long and crisp your weed
once you are happy with ur cure you will need to add a wet sponge or piece of wood or something to replace what moisture is lost through the dehumidification action of the thermoelectric cooler. you can’t just switch it off cos then it will warm up. Mine usually just get sealed in jars after the cure is done and stored in the wine fridge though which is fine also

I saw down my trunk at the base and hang it upside down at as close to 60F/60%RH as I can and wait until it’s dry. Hanging it upside down allows all the resin and terpenes to drip down into the buds.

I’ve not read through everything here, but in my experience I defoliate fan leaves before chop, chop and hang whole plant or large-ish sections of larger plants, good filtered air circulation in the room but not directly blowing on plants. Room stays 60-65%rh, below 68*f. Hang for minimum of 3 weeks, and usually notice stabilization between 3-6 weeks depending on cultivar. At that point, I buck and hand trim, and jar ideally but I’ve had good results with turkey bags. I’ve had cultivars that are ooey gooey and full of flavor and potency well into the 2 year mark in jars. In bags, it will obviously be drier unless kept in a curing room. Always keep away from sunlight and temps over mid 70s, and only have the lid off/bag open long enough to get out what is needed, then keep it sealed. Nothing but great results with this method. The long slow cool drying and storage will make all the difference, considering you have a nice product at harvest.

I cannot believe how simple the dry/cure process is now. 100% damn near PERFECT!
My very 1st batch was amazing. I took a sample to a local 'OG' and he refuses to believe that I got the bud anywhere but a dispensary. Crisp on the outside yet spongy when squeezed. Not much of a smell until you grind it up and then it gets LOUD AF !!! I've had several close friends swear the bud is the freshest they've ever seen.
