Let`s take Hillary seriously. Today, she spoke to potential voters and told them to imagine the likes of Donald Trump as CinC to all U.S. Nuclear weapons. She then told them to imagine Donald leading the US to war with them because somebody got under his thin skin.

As Sec/State she knew damn well what the protocol and sequences will be leading up to a U.S. Thermonuclear Strike.

So I conclude that she is addressing people she feels are stupid.

Now, Does the likes of Politicians and their prestigious vocabularies really count ?
