as pre the title who exactly is covered by the allard injunction? More to the point, I have a valid mmpr medical document, am I covered by the allard injunction? If I'm not covered by the allard injunction then I can file some motions. If I am covered by it then there is nothing I can do until phalan gives his judgment.

I am filling the turmel kits as we speak. I'm seeking clarification as matters in federal court that as substantially the same as allard will be stayed. The court clerk said to check if I was covered by the allard case alredy. Thanks for your input. I'll be swearing the affidavits tommorow then walk across the street to the crowns offices to smoke 3 joints. Then serve the crown. Lol

OMS is correct-Allard is for MMAR patients. to preserve our right to produce for ourselves or have a DG.
MMPR didn't have the right to produce so it can't be preserved. Turmel's Goldstar is the way to go so you are covered in future. that case will be decided after Allard is decided...and then the Goldstars get their kick at the can...Allard goes after 4 points where Goldstar goes after 20

they seem to apply to mmar AND mmpr patients as I read them asking for interim relief from the law applying to possession until the turmel case is settled. Seem right to you?

they do look like they are for both. you have to file the N13 first and wait for your "T" number and then you can fill out the N12 from what i read.

Your told the program is being revamped by a certain date. You expire 2-3 weeks within the final April 1st MMPR date.
SO do you schedule your grow until your expiry date or do you continue to grow illegally for a month when the federal government tells you there handing your info over to the police?

For myself since I knew it was going to court I kept moving forward with things like normal even all the way to the court date. I honestly didn't even think we were going to win that case but I was fully prepared for it when we did. For the price of a little time and resources I figured it was worth chancing and it turned out to be exactly that.

Last time i was active on here was 2010-11 and im still a closet user/grower. Fuck the government, went to doc to get a note and ammendmant to my file. My doc note "expires" in october.

I don't entirely blame ya brother, I too did the same thing for years before my license.
Mine expires in July. And I won't/can't pay for another one. That's why I'm very interested in the goldstar case and seeing how I can apply the existing legal documents for it to my need for a interim exemption for possession and needing a mmpr document.
