You keep right on defending reverend Wright and I will leave it to readers of this thread to determine whose ability to decipher word meaning is more alarming.
are you so impotent that you offer no defense whatsoever?

yes, you are.

i imagine it went something like this: you reverted back to "smear campaign '08" mode and thought it would be a really good idea to try to condemn reverend wright as a racist, and, by proxy, obama. i challenged you to find some racist statements made by reverend wright. you looked up the video and saw that reverend wright was actually condemning america for racist practices. now, your pussy is too sore to admit that you were wrong, but you're too proud to admit that to a gosh dern liberal like myself so you walk away, impotently.

did i get that about right? or have you simply been speaking ad hoc this entire time?

Wow, the immoderator strings together a paragraph. Does the irony of condemning America for interning Japanese during WWII, and at the same time fawning over Obama, the chief warden of Gitmo and enthusiastic sponsor of indefinite detention, completely escape you?

comparing the internment of our own citizens to how obama has been blocked at every turn by republicans in his effort to close gitmo is telling.

i do like the "immoderator" title, it is fitting. i am the first to admit that i am a poor moderator.

Actually, "immoderator" is a pretty cool title. Glad you like it.

Come on, though, blaming those wascully Republicans for Obama's lies is pretty lame. Are the Republicans to blame for the crackdown on MM clinics too? That's another lie from Obama. Obama is just following in the footsteps of another demiGod of the democrats, FDR. You might remember him, he was the president who rounded up the Japanese and put them in places like Manzanar.

the holder memo and FDR?

gee, someone is certainly not trying to deflect the issue at all!

sadly for you, nothing you randomly litigate makes reverend wright a racist, as you claimed.

you cockered, rump-fed pignut.

here is a sampling of the right Reverend's Obama nurturing nuttiness. There is no doubt that Wright is a racist, and judging from the Wiki page also a bit of a nut.

The whole point of bringing up Obama's twenty year relationship with Wright, though, was to rebut the random photo op post about Ron Paul posing with some nutbag grand wizard. The obvious implication was that RP was a racist KKK type. Taking a photo with a grand wizard does not make RP, or anybody, a Klansman any more than posing with Cinderella at Disneyland makes him a fairy princess.

Worhsipping at the knee of Reverrend Wright for twenty years on the other hand, and being married to Michelle, "this is the first time I have been proud to be an American", certainly seems more indictable to me.

You dull, repetitious destroyer of the image of one of my favorite fat comedians.

Wright used some rhetoric that came across as racist, using white people instead of white elites. Which he did use also but still came off bad. He did say bad people come in all colors.

The terminology of "he's not white" when speaking about a white person by a black is in itself a racist statement but the meaning isn't if that makes sense. "He's not like the racist ones" is what it means. I enjoy going back and reading the speech from time to time.

Nothing wrong with "let the dogs hunt".
