bought from nirvana like five years ago with success. had to ditch the grow though because of security issues. i haven't heard anything bad about them of late, but i would go with attitude seeds. best shit on the market right now. super fast, super safe/secret, very professional. got my beans in seven days from them. ships to US. good prices.
buy a prepaid visa card and register it under a false name online, so that you can order over the internet with their debit card system. don't fool around with sending cash or a money order. buy the card with cash and get them shipped to wherever you feel comfortable.
don't get ansy, be patient and your beans will come. if you are in the US the worst that can happen to you is you will get a letter from Customs saying that they seized some illegal shit being sent to your address. oh well.
