Whitefly on 2 week and 2 day old plant

Hello, this is my first grow. I have the plant in a space bucket under 4x14.5w LED bulbs from home Depot with the diffusers on still (don't own a Dremel). The plant is Barney's farm pineapple Express auto in organic potting mix with a dash(1/2 tsp) of organic 4-5-4 nutrients mixed in completely. Plant is doing great but yesterday I found one white fly on the plant and wasn't able to catch or kill it. I wiped down all the leaves with water and tried to kill anything that looked like an egg on the bottom of the leaves, tiny brown things. Today I found one more white fly, I'm unsure if it's the same one, and was able to murder it. I checked the bottom of all the leaves again and saw a few tiny brown things which I wiped off and smushed again. I got some garden safe insecticidal soap from the store today and want to spray the plant but I don't want to kill it either. Should I wait and see if it gets worse before I take any additions action towards it or should I preemptively spray it just to make sure. I germinated the plant outside for a few days when it was young before I moved it inside which is how I'm assuming the bug made it inside because I have no idea where it would have come from otherwise.

I have one more autoflower, not pineapple Express, I've been growing outside it's entire life so far also. I plan on putting them both inside my 20"x36" tent once my quantum board shows up and don't want to worry about bugs with that guy either. Should I spray that one? It's much smaller and less developed than the one on the bucket.

Thanks for the help!

Don't sweat that one fly man, they're easy to get rid of. Your plant looks good and healthy, I wouldn't spray it or be wiping on the leaves much, it looks fine.

Buy a pack of yellow sticky strips. Make sure you aren't over watering and when the plant gets a bit older treat it with a pest preventative. Good luck man :peace:
