Hi dudes! I cut my whiteberry ten days ago, left it hanging for three days then left it in a drawer for four days and I have it in jars the last three days. Will the berry smell come back into it the longer I leave it in jar?? Or did I do something wrong?? Was stinking just before i cut her!!I got 250grams off it wet haven't weighed it dry yet!! Did I do ok??

are you burping the jars? *edit burping is that ^^^^. burping it allows the green smell/flavor to go and allows the bud to "cure." usually 2-3 weeks of daily burping brings back the smell and flavor you desire. check out this thread fdd2black made a while back. very informative. the info u asked about would be on post 37. https://www.rollitup.org/harvesting-curing/28072-harvest-time-tutorial.html
Burping?? Do you mean opening jar two or three times a day ?? Or wat is it?? Thanks man!

IDK if this will help or not but here it is.

When I cut, I cut for nuggs and branches. I will hang in a room that is setup for 60F and keep the RH at about 45.
When this is done I close the door on that room( I have a small circulation fan running on low pointed into the corner )
It usually takes 9 to 10 days to get my buds crisp and the stems still bendy. ( I like to have a "crust" on the bud )
Then they go into either canning jars or brand new paint cans I purchase at Lowe's.

These containers will be opened once a day for 4 days. ( buds will be removed for about 10 mins ).
They should be wet when you pull them out and have a crust when you put them back.
Then we will wait for a couple of days and then open them as before.
You will slowly stop burping them after about two weeks of this.
So. I think that I open a jar a total of 8 to 10 times in 14 days. After that they are ready for long term storage.

I have found if I dry to fast I ruin the smell.
Hope this helps.
