Yeah, tis a bit yellow.
Looks like your growing from seed. Technically your veg started a week ago or so. I don't count seedling stage as veg. I would transplant her soon or she may become root bound if she isn't already. Kinda hard to tell if your nutes are at the right ppm. The yellow is to the outside tells me she hungry and your leaf texture tells me she's been abused with nutes.
What nutes are you using? What PPM and what is the PH of the run off?
