The 2nd pic is way too blurry to see anything...but from the first pic it looks like a hermie? Kinda hard to tell though still since the camera is so far away...is that what you are trying to ask? "Is my plant a hermie?"
 
hey its a plant...sometimes plants grow wierd things. Genetic mutations. More branches = more bud soo...i wouldn't complain about your current situation :)
 
lol im not complaining just wondering if anyone has seen this before as this is only my second grow and have not seen this before,,,, more branches more bud great thats what i like lol
 
i grow widow also...

and i have had a few plants before that has had an extra fan branch...

well really its not a branch...its on of the feeder leaves...

and extra feeder leaves wont hurt nothin....thats what the plants use to absorb the light spectrum that you are givein from you light..

or the natural sun rays if out side...

but i have had other plants besides my widow do that also....
