i am now left with one bigbud after i planted all 7 seeds i lost 2 cause they where sick and weak at start i lost 2 to males and lost 2 two hemies they got balls and hairs fuck nirvana seeds they suck all i seemed to gets is hemies or males i had one super female out of 20 seeds pretty bad really oh well i got 30 seeds and 15 strains now all feminzed woot fucking woot

the pics where taken after a day of planting i am very impressed with my home made bubbler it fucking rocks. the bigger one was taken 2 days ago when i moved them to bigger net pots and larger tank thats what my closet is being for at moment i wil post pics of the one planet i have left every month just so you guys can see what the hps does compared to the envirolite

i have full tent now 2x bigbud 5 weeks left to go and 3 ak48 in home mate deep water culture gone on 12/12 today so 10 weks till havest hydro is the way to go pics up soon
 
where did you get that squirrel cage fan and how much was it? im starting a grow in an attic and it has two open windows on ethier end and its about 50ft. long so im going to need all the air i can get
 
what is with them lines on pics with hps lamp weird as fuck!


This is caused by the ballast! In a regular ballast the light that is produced creates a sin wave. There are parts on the wave where there is no light being emitted. This happens so fast that you cant see it with your naked eye but a camera will pick it up and it effects the plants growth also. The flowering pics in my journal are of a digital ballast which alters the sin wave so that there is always constant light. therefore digital ballasts are better for giving the plant more "optimum" light. I oce wondered the same question when I had my other ballast that did the same thing. Then I switched to digital and it did really make a difference in the speed of growth. You should consider getting a digital so those lines wont be in your pictures anymore.
