White Widow snapped completely clean.

Hey fellas,

Last night a hard thunderstorm blew threw and this morning I saw that it snapped my 5 foot white widow clean at the lowest node, this is the same site where a larger branch snapped off and it was already mended.

Anyways, I splinted the plant back together, wrapped wire up and down the break and re mended (tape+wire) the other branch that snapped off, so currently I 'm trying to get three separate parts of plant to grow back together at the same spot so I was hoping you guys could send me good vibes. Thanks a bunch. :wall:

Sorry I can not do laying on of hands from such a long distance. Hope it works, can not hurt to try. I have fixed breaks that were about 80% complete. Let us know about 2 weeks from now what is going on, please.

The branch that broke was about 80% gone but it never even showed signs of wilting, I came back today and the whole plant is wilted, this might be a total loss, I'll give it one more day, once the leaves start to yellow it's too late, what sucks is I only grew 1 WW (2 seeds but only 1 germed) but 3 Hazes, I would gladly trade a haze to keep the WW going, one small branch survived so if nothing else at least I'll have a gram or two from it.

Makes me sad :/

try putting a little rooting compound on there to help open up and regrow!
He is not trying to Clone it. Puting Rooting hormones on the wound would kill it for sure. If you are going to put anything on the wound, use Graphting compound.

Best thing to do is Splint it and wrap it with some plastic warp, then duck tape to hold it all together. I have saved more then one plant this way. I would give it more then 2 days though, inless it is obvious it is dead.

Trying to create a whole new root system for a 4 foot fully developed plant was out of the questions, I splint the plant, wrapped it with wire and taped it off but it's looks dead, tops of the bud sites are limp, all the leaves are a droopy mess, no signs of recovery, wilting away, I think it's dead. :(

There is a small amount of bud on that plant but is it even worth trying to save that?

Update, 36 hours since the break, all the leaves are still droopy but are still very green and not showing shows of yellowing, I'm foliar feeding ever other hour now.
