I haven't been foliar spraying. I will take a closer look I haven't seen any bugs as of yet.

Maybe some neem as an all round preventative?
Its probably the way id choose to go myself.
If you have a scope have a good look for bugs that way. All over.
No problem.
Best of luck finding the cause.

It's minerals in your tap water. It won't hurt anything.

Will do. Neem oil mixed with some insecticide potassium soap ?
It did look like salt deposit to me as well. Its why i asked about foliar spraying.
I do think its just your tap water also.
But if you want a good pest preventative. Yeah. Spray some neem.
If its outside, and still in veg. Id personally spray for sure.
Follow the directions on the product label to a T.
Dont spray in the middle of the day either.
Spray at dawn, or dusk.
Avoid using it at all, during bloom.
Test that tap water ec.
