white stuff inside seedling?

one of my seeds just opened and hanging off the leaves and all inside the cracked shell there was this white stuff that i can only describe as like a white rubbing compund consistancy???? not really alarmed becuase the little plant itself looks good but the white stuff i've never seen before??? anyone

doesnt sound good to me, i'd get rid of it if i were you, along with the soil you have it in. its not worth the risk imo. at least quarantine it for a few weeks or until someone who knows what your talking about can chime in.

its like an embryo sac.

wait, was it powder or solid at first?? i never thought of that, i was assuming it was like a powder like mildew/mold and it was a fuzzy sort of powder covering like the inside of the shell

i just took it all off the the plant and its about a seed sized amount and also a tiny bit of clear goo mixed in with it strange to me. maybe somthing got into the seed at the seed shop????!? not fuzzy and dry at all, not like a mildew

how could something get into at the seed shop lol they dont make the seeds. is it clear?
