white strands in B of 2-part nute??

i have white strands of something floating in the part B of my two part bloom nute. even after vigourous shaking they are still there. i had the bottle replaced for free by manufacturer but the new bottle has the same thing. i don't think this is normal but not sure either. are these like protein strands or something? my main question is does this effect the product and it's performance?
