White Spots.... Idk What To Do Or Whats Causing Them

ok so i resently reallized that i have a bug problem so i went go got some bug spray for my plant.... she is about a foot and a half tall but has white spots on her leaves what can i do to get rid ok them ? the spots dont seem to affect the way she grows cause she is still growing great any advise would help.... oh and im growing in a hempy bucket

Quit spray it with water and other shit

sounds likes thrips there a bug that feeds on the sap of the plant causing silver streaks or little patches on the top of leaves , they are found underneath the leaves the larva is a whitish/ yellowish worm like , adults have hairy wings and can live in soil as well . use azamax gh2007 its an organic product costly but effective. don't want to spend that much money buy organicide from homedepot/ ,lowes etc...
