White spots and discoloration on leaves

I've been noticing small white spots and some discoloration on my plants leaves. Most of the spots are on lower lying leaves but i've also noticed them on some newer growth.
I have not seen any posts with a similar issue so I wanted to see if someone could help me out with identifying my problem so my girls can be as happy as possible.
I have been having a problem with some small critters I think they might just be springtails but i'm not entirely sure. I'll throw a picture up of one of those too they are pretty small but maybe someone knows what they are.
Thanks.

Leafminers...little bastards. and maybe others like mites..whats on the underside of the leaves?

Nothing that's the weird thing I was expecting to find some eggs or bugs but there's nothing. The white dots are transparent.
In the last picture I posted you can see a small brown bug. I don't know if its big enough for you guys to make out what it is. I just don't know if it's those little guys doing the damage or if it's something else.

That might be a thrips..anyway spray down with azamax or spray you like. I don't know what kills leafminers as they are inside the leave. Google 'em.

Hmm the white spots sure look like some more of bug leavings or eggs...it could all be nothing though...do you mist your plants?

Ive been spraying my plants with a light dose of neem every few days for the past week or so and my last application I used a more concentrated batch of spray and noticed that it seemed to take care of them as there were only a few of the little brown and orange bugs running around. For the leaf miner I went out this morning and cut all the leaves that we're affected. It was a bummer because a few of the larger fan leaves were affected but I have to stop these miners from spreading. I also did a light soil drench with some
neem before watering. Hope this takes care of them.
For the white dots I still don't know what it is but I'll keep applying neem weekly and if it seems to get worse then I will be worried but it seems pretty minor. I usually must after a hot day it's been getting into the 90s here already so I try to cool them down towards the end of the day.

Picture one is some type of worm for sure. No doubt about that. I am googleing images now trying to match it up for you

The closest I could get is white fungas, use anti fungal and if you can get it away from any and all other plants regardless of species.
