Your buds always look fantastic! How long is flowering time for you usually?

As far as watering after transplanting; I usually don't water after transplanting for a couple of days so the plants can suck up the existing moisture in the soil. Tonight was their first watering since transplanting and only 2 of them needed water. So, the leaf changes happened just going from Solo cup to new soil, no water or nutes added at all.

Thanks man... the girls will fall down around days 49 to 55... if the trichs show ready.... I normally harvest in 2 parts... some a little early for cerebral buzz and some later fro more couch lock.... the chronics come down in phase 2...

Oooh. awesome. My White Satins take 65+ days. So it's nice to see that the flower time may be a bit shorter. I usually go for the mostly amber/couch lock trichs because I use my MJ for my sleeping disorder. But I have snipped a couple buds a little earlier, like you, for the head high. Though an eighth of cerebral bud will last me a couple months because I usually only smoke at night within a few hours of needing sleep 8)

I know you have an undying love for WR, but how would you say the couch lock effect compares to other white strains?

Sorry, all. I cam down with a bad case of the flu and was bed ridden for a while. Once better, I had a lot of catching up to do with work, chores, and life. So I'll be doing 2 updates for the last 2 Fridays I missed. Plus, I'll throw in some other pix for fun 8)

The main thing I wanted to show in these pix is the discoloration of the leaves (pic #3 shows this the best). I don't think it's a problem anymore since the lower leaves are the only ones affected. But anyone verify this: my theory is that the White Russians were just sensitive to the Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil. My White Satins don't have a problem with FFOF, but they are also recommended for novice growers. So does anyone else agree with this idea? Or do you think it could be something else?

Ok, these aren't the White Russians, but I figured I would throw in some eye candy :blsmoke:

It may look normal to some of you, but remember, this was flowering during my upgrade to 400w HPS. So I'm excited with the outcome!!

Pic #1 is the main cola of "Emily" (White Satin) which we just harvested on Feb 4. That bud, wet, weighed 48g. That is a 15oz Guinness, btw. And, yes, I'm a bit of a Lost nerd.

Pic #2 is "Bree" (White Satin) leaning over from the weight of her buds.

Pic #4: look at alllll those trichomes!!

Pic #5: My boyfriend holding all the bud we got from 2 plants. I had to dork out and separate the two because the phenos of the 2 seeds are so different. I wanted to see which is better: the more hairy bud or the more leafy bud. What do you think the outcome will be?

Pic #6: While cutting down Bree and Emily, we put all the leaves with trichs into our kief collector box and let them dry for a couple days. Shook it up a bit and this is what we got!

Girls are just growing, growing, growing. Not much to say otherwise. Soon I'll be cloning them and maybe after that will start the Elephant seeds. Should be getting Jedi clones soon as well!bongsmilie

Well, I have 7 in flower right now so there's no room. But, I usually veg for 2 months. Considering I have 9ft of height in my flower room, I veg as long as possible so my plants get huge before budding. I usually flower when the plants are about 24" tall so I can get the biggest buds possible. 8)

Nice grow. I just noticed the your hps bulb is vertical. Is this temporary? You might be better served to turn the bulb horizontal. Just tring to be helpful

That is how i worked in the past much bigger buds  also with vegging so long the plant wont as much as double in size but will still grow,
with my current iv sent them into flower now at 4 weeks and hoping they will grow much more during flower as they have got much more to do.

Has it really been 3 weeks since I've updated? Gees. I've been going out of town a lot and wanted to update because I'm going out of town again this weekend.

As you can see in the pix below, my overcrowding problem is now a real problem. I'm growing some plants diagonally just so they will all fit on shelves!

I couldn't find my tape measure this time around and the lights were about to go out, so I used a gallon jug in one photo to show a size comparison. I'd say the Russians are about 23in high now.

Also, you will see that I've cloned the Russians, they are in the little red cups. There are 6 clones total and 4 of them are the Russians, two are the Satins.

I like my new veg setup, it gives room a bit better. Underneath the shelves, we mounted a couple fluoros (2400 lumens) underneath the shelves for clones and seedlings where it will remain.

We've decided to go with a 3 plant per month schedule. So we will have 3 clones then they will go to the top shelf in veg (closer to the light) for 1 month, then to the bottom shelf in veg for 1 month. After that they will go into flower for one month, then take the place of the bigger plants in flower for 1 month then they should be done. So basically 2 cycles of 3 plants per room per month. I don't know if that makes sense or not. o_O

Anyway, enjoy the pix! There are also a few that show how crowded my closet is. Including clones there are now 19 plants. As much as I love to smoke, that's waaaaaay too many to handle. But I'm slowly cutting back on them. One should be ready to come out of flower within the next few days. 8)

subscribed! Not sure how i wasn't already...

Ah, well I think my posts get lost in the ever-updating shuffle.

Thank you kindly! I will be updating tomorrow (hopefully) I was going to try tonight but I ran out of time as usual! I asked my boyfriend to water them for me yesterday morning because they were starting to look limp. I've been busy working two jobs so I didn't get in there until about 20 minutes before the lights went out. When I walked in, I had some very sad, thirsty looking ladies. So I had to balance the pH in the water and water all 18 of them. By the time I was done, I had no time to snap pictures :(

And I'm working again tomorrow, but not for long, so I should have some time to take photos and post them up!

Thanks for subscribing :joint:8)
