well i'm starting to see a lot of white webs under my fan leaves. I'm starting to think there nest of some sort. Some type of bugs trying to lay there eggs or something. Anyone have any information about this type of problem? They seem very easy to take off but they keep appearing over and over again. Its got to be some sort of bug. Is this a problem I should be worried about? because its only on the fan leaves and nothings really on the buds. I will take some pictures for you guys later. I just hope someone knows what I'm talking about. Thanks.

Spider mite's Bad new's no matter what is on sale in any of the grow shop's nothing will get rid of these little critter's.But if the problem is not that bad then the pnly thing that i have come across that work's are lady bird's.These can be bought from any good hydroponic shop but even this will still be hard work.Once this grow is over close it down for a couple of weeks and blitz the room with 50/50 mix of water and bleach. If the plant's are still in veg mist with a mix of dish soap and water. But lady birds/ladybugs are the best i have come across.Once you have these then you need to keep the grow area clean i take all my plants out of the room once a week and clean i would do the same if i was you.Leave the ladybirds in the room all the time just incase of futire problems,,,tyke,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

You can get rid of mites. The key is breaking the breeding cycle.
First treatment-Doktor Doom fogger right after lights out. (let your bulb cool down)
Second treatment 3 days later-Just before lights out fog the canopy with Doktor Doom Knockout spray.
Third treatment-repeat second 3 days later.
Fourh same as third.
Mites gone from that garden.

ouch, yes, webs is very probably spider mites. There are things that will get rid of them, chemical based so have to be used early in the flowering, some of these will contain pyrethrum which does kill them on contact. The best way is prevention as oppose to cure and it is highly recommended that people use Neem oil for a few weeks during veg and the first few weeks into flower. Home made cures are not so effective but can help, garlic and washing up liquid/dish soap mix being on way. It has to be contact with the bastards to kill them so you literally have to wipe/spray down every single part of the plant, every 2 or 3 days for a week or two. its a hassle but has to be done to be effective. They lay millions of eggs. The Neem oil will help fight against the new infestation. Wishing you luck and power to the elbow.

The Doktor Doom products are organic and can be used up to the day before harvest, but 2 or 3 days is best.

"Releasing a full container of carbon dioxide into a sealed grow set-up will kill all mites and insects. But, don't be in the room while the CO2 is being released! It would be enough to KILL YOU! I have seen this technique of bringing the CO2 to 10,000 ppm for 15 minutes to kill all pests. You must vent out the CO2 before entering the room. Two applications, five days apart, will kill all mites, pests and their offspring" I copied and pasted this, is this true? Anyone heard?

Yes its true but extremely dangerous. I would not recommend this method, least not while you are stoned! lol

dokter doom has been great at controlling their spread when i was late in flower, but would not get rid of them.i cleaned my whole grow room with bleach and stuff after harvest then sprayed my plants in veg with avid and have never had a mite again.its not something you want to use alot though.now im just super sterile about what comes and goes from the growroom,no clones from other growers yet because everyones always bitchin about mites,so all my stuff is mothers i started from seed.i dont even let my other grower buddies in my room because they have mites and they can be on theier clothes
