Looks like all newest growth is yellowing which tends to be an iron deficiency.

Have you had your new water tested?
The only kinda test I've done is a basic pH test w strips...tested 7...I'm thinkin it's definitely a water issue tho bc I'm using same soil mix n nutrients I always use the only thing different is the water...I'm in a new place n different town...n yeah the new growth is doin it but it's not confined to jus the tips there's a couple random spots thru out the plant...Ive never had an iron deficiency before that im aware of what would bring that on?... besides a lack of iron ha...

The ppm/ec of the water is more important than the ph. The soil has a buffer that is stronger than water ph or even nutes when applied properly.

I never ph in potting soil.

My well water is 8.0 ph but only .2 ec or 100 ppm mineral content.

It is the alkalinity that is most important. And the content next.

But merely overwatering will cause all kinds of problems. I would let the pots dry out until they are very light before watering again.

With a moisture probe I like to see the needle hit the dry 3/4 down the pot. Or when picked up or tilted the pot is “alarmingly” light.

I don't really wanna keep addin diff nutes bc I've kinda pushed em a little hard anyway tryna fix the problem... slowly over a couple weeks...u see any problem with jus lettin em ride out or should I do anything specifically?...any suggestions?

Too much nutes will also lock out some elements.

yeah, my tap ranged from 8.2 to 8.5, pretty high.
Mines not that hi str8 outta tap...7-7.5...but it drys my skin out I've noticed n my ole lady says it does hers too...idk exactly what the deal w it is I jus know the plants are doin things I've never had in my lil garden before n I've been usin the same routine for some years now pretty much flawlessly until we moved n started using this new water source...I'm pretty sure once I switch water things will get BK to normal...

I keep it pretty simple..n one grow after another get decent results w my CFLs n soil mix n nutrients I use... usually have zero probs...n now we've moved n I was concerned abt the water change bc I was doin well with what I had goin on...I can prolly straighten things out by switchin water I'm jus hopin what's goin on now doesn't effect this runs yield too much...

How many watts of CFL are you running?
Are you on city water? They put fluoride in that crap.

G'day CFL.

I'd personally check your ph...
If your ph is too high it can cause yellow tops like you see. Admittedly your using soil, but ph7 seems a little high. They are acid loving plants after all. Just a touch under 6.5 is about right imo.
I agree with @MichiganMedGrower, it's likely iron deficiency.

I'm leaning towards ph lockout.
Personally from my own experience, although coco coir, i get these exact symptoms of yellow tops, if my waste is reading higher than about ph6.5
Usually is yellow at lights on, and greens up during the day. Lowering the ph of my media always fixes it.
I havn't experienced the same thing with soil. But for hydroponics, its nearly always ph. If it isn't ph its excess nutrient.

Did you test your soil using a soil test kit/slurry sample?
If your soil's ph is actually high, i'd personally opt for a really light dose of liquid sulphur.

Also i agree with @whitebb2727 about the second pics. I think they could use some Epsom salt too.
