White larva on leaves

I have been battling white larva on my plant for weeks now. I first noticed a little white larva crawling on a leaf so I hit the whole plant with neem oil, thoroughly. I repeated this daily for a couple weeks and did not see any large populations after that. And yes I make sure to spray the bottoms of the leaves and the entire plant. However, even after increasing the amount of neem oil in my spray, and wiping the leaves, I still have these little white larva. The leaves are also showing burnt edges because of the amount of neem oil I have had to use.

It is week three of flowering and I think tonight I will chop my plant. Or at least remove all of the foliage and re-veg. (it has a 10 gallon root system)

What do you recommend I do with my plant? And where do these little white larva come from and how can I kill them? Are they the offspring of whiteflies Or gnats?

those are white flies. try dr. bronners lavender soap. 2 tbsp per quart spray every other day til they are gone.

never spray neem during flower. Only use half of what the directions say. Its an oil and can clog the stomatas and cause strees and is known to make plants hermie out from stress. Its happened to me years ago and I know several other peopl. I stopped using neem oil all together. I do topdress my soil with neem meal though

Thanks for the information! So do you think it would be best to just cut off all of the foliage on my plant, leaving a few auxiliary buds to restart the veg cycle? During the veg cycle I can spray neem oil until what you recommended shows up at my house.
