White Flies in nursery!!?!

Hey RIU,

Not sure how the hell this happened but I was watering some seedlings I have in a humidity dome and as I was watering one in a solo cup and saw a little white fly come out from the soil and crawl along the surface. I killed it with my hand. Then today I found another little one and killed it as well. I'm convinced these little bastards are in there and haven't spotted more but I'm a bit concerned. These babies have been in the dome for about 7 days and are growing well but I'm afraid to transfer into my veg room. Right now my dome/s are segregated from my veg and flower room/tents.

Is there something I can do while theses babies are still this young, or should I remove the seedlings entirely and start over. This is my first infestation and have read about a few remedies but they only describe infestations on older plants.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

make a pesticide get some mild soap chop it into little pieces put n a spray bottle with some water shake it up n spray it will not affect your plant.

You've got gnats...sticky strips, fly paper, insecticidal soap, whatever.

Can you water your plants from the bottom? That'll help.
You can cover your soil with something like garden sand or hydroton, to keep the surface dry, that too will help prevent more gnats.

Good luck and have fun.

Yeah man, are they on the underside of the leaves?
thats what I'm dealing with at the moment.
If not, and they are in the soil, like Hugo said, they are probably fungas gnats.
DE, and strips. That's what I've done with success.
These whiteflies I have, won't die! Been spraying
sns217 everyday, even used spectracide on the ones in veg.
They freakin love it. Wtf?
