white dot?burn?

ok well i have about a month old plant and one of the top leaves got like 3 big white like literally white dots on them i had tin foil for reflectors and it just happened after i put the tin foil up so just checking is this a burn btw i took the tinfoil down, sorry no pics cam is broke i might be able to get some

Dont use tin foil. Thats meant for the kitchen

The best light reflector is just white. *(for ex: White walls)*

Not sure about the spots though
