White Castle Grow 2nd week into flowering. What looks wrong with this pic

Fox Farm Happy Frog
Haven't used any nutes in my grow except for a few time in VEG, but I have FF:GB
I wanna say there in a 3 gallon container. Been in it for a nice 4 months. I suspect rootbound maybe. Maybe even a over watering issue here. The top 2 in will gt nice and dry but the middle seems to never dry. Ive gone over a week without watering and the middle of the soil seems to never dry.

Leaves at one time were curling and turning yellow and brown but that seems to have stopped. Older leaves looks like claws but the newer growth and around the budsites look good, kinda light green not that dark green I was so happy to see everytime I look at them a few months ago.

Is it safe to use FF: Grow Big to correct any nutrient deficiencies i may have. its all I got. Local Hydro shop is 1 1/2 hr away

im not sure of the ratings on your fert but think of something well rounded at this point imo. I have a seaweed based product thats 16-16-16. I use this throughout veg in very small amounts. I use fox farm soil as well. I suggest feeding your plants with anying at 1/4 or 1/2 strength and going from there. A blooming fert should be fine at this point
