White blotches on leaves

Sigh.. yet another problem arrises :(

These blotches all appeared almost overnight. I know there are no pics but I will get them up asap most likely tmr. The plants though looks like someone took a straw and sorta blew white paint on it. Its got like 3-10 blitches about the size of a pencil diameter. Is not bugs or anything, but it did all appear within 1 to 2 days and it is evenly spread over the whole plant.

The only changes the plant had was getting transplanted into some FF ocean forest soil. I also did lay off the nutes for about a week because I had to flush the plant. Is not having nutes in the water for only a week something that could cause this? It seems to point at the FF soil but it cant be that its the same stuff everyone uses! Also the spots are not yellow, they are definitely white and not even like a tinge of a color just pure white. Also the leaves were did curl downward a slight bit.

Could these spots be caused by a nute def? I looked through the chart with all the deficiencies and it looked like nothing on there unfortuantely =/

Also the plant is about 3 weeks into flowering

my guess would be spidermites or if u have been foliar feeding ,then salt buildup
does it wipe off......could it be mildew?

The spots are much too large to be spider mites. Also there are no bugs on it. No foilar feeding and its def the plant doing something, it does not rub off

If so get some neem oil for powder mold.
Hey thanks for the posts tryin to help :)

But like I said a few times its not mites, and there are no bugs.

It is only on the leaves yes, but not powdery and does not rub off.
It really looks exactly like spider mites but the spots like I said are about the diameter of a pencil instead of tiny spots and they aren't as plentiful like the spider mite spots are. But yeah... it looks like the chlorophyll is stripped in spots..

Sorry still for no pics! Heading to them soon and will have pics later today.

BUT! I think I may go pick some neem oil up anyway at my local store. I know it works for so many things so I should prolly get it anyway =P This store near me is a MASSIVE 8k square feet dedicated to hydro and gardening so they have like every brand of every product. Does anyone have a certain brand of neem oil to buy or is neem oil only 1 brand? srry still new at this! lol
