Which strain to plant?

Lets say a friend is going to be near Holland and might visit a seed shop. He said he wants to bring back some seeds that can be grown outside without a ton of care- plant in good soil near a small lake, water from time to time relying on rain water to help, add some nutes when buds appear, harvest when buds seem ready. Simple, right? But I think this guy is looking for a certain kind of high, an uplifting not paranoid high... said something about being tired of getting stoned and "worrying about the world coming to an end."

So my friend was looking over these seed varieties and was intrigued by a couple: Buy Marijuana Seeds and cannabis seeds from Holland - high quality marijuana seeds (cannabis seeds)

White Widow and Blue Moon. White Widow sounds like a must-try because it's so incredibly potent and has some Sativa in it. It is said to be an indoor plant and I'm definitely leaving outdoor and planning to give a minimum amount of attention. So would White Widow be too complicated and finicky to grow outdoor with minimum care?

Then there's the Blue Moon which is said to give an "uplifting high" which is what my friend wants. The seed description attributes that to it having Sativa in it's ancestry. So, is there something about the Sativas that give people an uplifting, outgoing high?

My friend does not want to order online and have shipped to his house. But in case he decides to, is it pretty safe?

Also, in case my friend cannot find either of these two strains in Holland is any Sativa typically a less paranoid more uplifting and outgoing type high?

if your friend does not want to think aboout the world coming to an end tell him to stop getting high. the world is coming to an end and its not a strain that makes him feel that way it is him bein intune with the universe. strains affect different people differently, indicas do have a more couch lock coma feeling high and sativas tend to be a little more on the awake and alert sences fully functional. if you are growing out door dont worry about what WW or blue moon for now, i think you will like the widow but she is a high matainance women and the blue moon well. i never tried it. basically pick the strain based on your climate. sativas will do much better in hot climates. and are best low matainance types. there isnt much you need to do with them. put them down at a descent size and water. there will be enough from one plant to last you two for a long time.

^^ditto. neither of those will do well out door.

sativas give a heady spacey uppy head high
indicas are a couchlock, stoney, sleepy buzz

most are a combination. sativas imo are the ones that give the paranoia feeling, the couchlock is my buzz of choice.

northern lights does will outdoors, and neither of you ;) will be dissapointed with that one
