which of these ???

just about to start to flower i have two choise of what lights i can use 1st is 400w mh.....2nd is 250w + 70w hps which would you go for out of the two choises ?

Whats an hm? How is it a 250w + 70w hps? I've never heard of those types.

the 400 will give you bigger and better buds quicker.

i know the mh has more wattage (400w) to the hps what has (320w) but is,nt it better to flower using the light frequancy of hps to that of mh ?

Whats light frequency? Think lumens, foot candles, etc.

ya light frequnce .. 1 lumen is 1 candle , buy a bunch of candles i say about 100 of them so you have an extra 100 lumes to your grow

i mean the colour of the hps light has more red and the mh has more blue,and the hps,s red is better for flowing......so i was thinking a few less watts but the right colour frequancy or vice versa ?
