Which of these breeders carries a better C99

Does Joey Weed have the best version of C99? Or does Spice brothers have a better version? I am looking to get the closest thing to the Brothers Grimm Cindy. I thought I heard Joey Weed had an F2 version and Spice Brothers an F4, is this true? Has anyone grown either version? How was the tast, yield, speed of growth; was it accurate to the breeders description?

If anyone one has any input that would be awesome.

At first I was thinking of getting Xline Feminized C99, but I just have a gut feeling its not as good as the regular seed version from one of the above two breeders. Has anyone grown the feminized version & regular version and compared the two?

people on here say dr greenthumb has the best. i dont know myself ill probly grow some greenthumbs this year i better get them quickly. grew the originals and they were one of my favorites ever period. check greenthums out. also there is a guy on here who says they are exactly like the brothers cindy. have fun. ill let you know if i grow the drs how they are. peace
 
check the thread on dr greenthums on this room-seeds and strains, its been a day or two since its been active so its on page 2 it may give you some insight on greenthums cindy

Before I read your quote,I was going to say Drgreenthumbs has c99 and all his strains are really good.This will be my first year ordering from him because of my buddies results with him.
 
Yeah it sounds like an awesome strain.

But when I read posts like this:".....Ive had c99 and a few crosses growing/breeding w/about 8yrs. c99 f2s have very little if any variation from Bros Grimms original.when Soul (owner/breeder of bros grimm) created c99 from cubing princess(jack Herer)it was very very stable, So f2 generation even f3s have very little variation.Ive really only seen 2 dif phenos from growing many c99 beans.", it really just makes me want to get Joey Weeds version instead because it's cheaper. However Dr. Greenthumbs C99 is described as the "pineapple cut", does that mean I can't get a pineapple tast/smell comparable to Dr. Greenthumbs C99 from Joey Weeds F2? One of the main reasons I want C99 is the taste/smell of pineapple (Pineapple Express anyone?).

the pinapple cut is refering to one specific pheno of the cindy if im not mistaken the most desirable one.

Underlined: He does not list the genetics (or that it is a pheno)... who knows if it is even Cinderella '99.

There are plenty of pollen chuckers who fuck you on pricing. If you "get what u pay for" then go buy BC Seeds :wall:

I personally would not spend $200 for C99. The F4 is probably more uniform, the F2's are going to have more variety. I have the F2's... I do not need someone else to tell me what cut I want to keep, I will do that all by myself.

Thanks for that opinion, that is kinda what I was thinking. I was confused at how the description said "Pineapple Cut" because I thought almost all C99 plants have that pineapple trait, you just need to grow a few plants out to find the one with the best phenotype.....which as you said is ones opinion; some look for yield, some potency, and some flavor.

Right now I think I am going with Joey Weeds Cindy, however, I wont be ordering for a while so if anyone else has some input please do share.

I am also under the impression that many of the phenos have pineapple traits... so I do not see the point in paying $150 extra for something that is common!

I think if you are willing to find a mom and clone her yourself, Joey Weed's F2's are probably your best bet. You're probably going to get a little variety out of the pack so I am sure you will be able to pick a winner.

my originals had 2 phenos i think i paid 250 well fucking worth it. dont you guys grow ganja man whats a few bucks. 90% of all seed sellers "breeders" are hacks but thats the way this bizz is. grenthumb makes no claims of 50% thc like bcseeds. brothers grim were not hacks id like to get something as similiar as possible. no need to argue im done with this post good luck with whatever you buy. unless we grow them side by side we wont know aye? peace

Greenthumb's C99 is Sativa and more like the original Bros Grimm C99 than the others which are all Indica dominant. That's not a knock both are good but for purists like me I prefer the greenthumb version
 
My Glass Slipper strain has the Brother Grimms C99 in it, and its very powerful.

I would suggest you buying the c99 from Joey weed.

I heard good things about him.
