Which COBs for kitchen herbs?

Aloha!

What kind of LED light intensity is required to grow some kitchen plants? I wish to grow out some cilantro/mint/basil/whatever I can really. I want to utilize the ceiling of my kitchen and our best friend COBs. I have little space so I came up with a hanging super container thing.

I know the cpu cooler fan would be super overkill on anything but a vero 29 but I have extras already.
The pot size has yet to be determined. I guess it depends on what cob I can put over what kind of plant and keep the whole thing at 24" total vertical space. The only real gardening experience I have is with cannabis and I'd like to expand that. Until I get some suitable space outside I will continue to build stuff for indoor growing.
Once we decide on what COBs to use I'll be making 2-3 of these planters. My kitchen will feature an led powered "Hanging Garden of Eatin" lolololol I'll be sure to get some pics up for ya'll.

Thanks!

I've read about some guy growing a pepper plant under 20 watts of LED light and getting pods.
His pictures didn't work so I don't know how big the plant was but probably pretty small, peppers get pods even in the smallest pot sizes.

I'm pretty certain you won't need more than 20 watts per square foot with non-flowering plants ever, especially not with Veros.
Something like Mint is a pest and will thrive in most situations.

Right on, thanks! Sooo I'm guessing a more blue spectrum since the plants I want don't really flower? I was looking at vero 18 5600k. I will try to find a dimmable driver just in case the ~28 watts is overkill. Shoot I might just do peppers too with a 4000k vero 18 chip or something.

I've got some research to do. Gonna have to lurk in some other forums for LED veggie grows that don't use blurple lol.

What would happen if you took 3 cxb3590/cxb3070 and put them over a four foot shelf? That would produce enough for kitchen herbs right? I mean, you'd never have to buy herbs again...

That's what I'm thinking of trying. I've got a lettuce garden and for fun I kinda want to see what would happen if I threw three of the big cobs overtop.
