it could be lots of things, you need to give us details on your grow, like how often and how much you water, have you fed them and if so what and how much? have you been phing your water?
If i had to make an educated guess i'd say its probably overwatering.

no food just the happy frog soil water when the soil is dry both outside the water isnt ph'd yet thats what im thinking

what method do you use to determine the soil is dry and it needs water? The best way to tell is the lift the pot method(especially w/happy frog, it may look dry on top or even a few inches down but can still have a plenty of water, ive used happy frog before and i really dont like it because of that) is the lift method what you've been using?
