Where to get a good grow cabinet

Hey guys, i'm looking for a good place that have nice grow cabinets. I was thinking of the demensions of 3'x3'x5'. I know they have hydrotents, but those are a bit priceythis will probably be for just three plants, maybe four.

What kinds of set up do some of you guys have for a small scale grow?

$5 nails and screws
$5 hinges and latch-bolt
$20 gallon mildew resistant white paint
$20 rental truck

Total=$100

has anyone seen this? PC Planter i wonder if its worth the price.

Only 50 watts? you prob need to replace that bulb, the rest sounds neat. I don't do dro, so am at a loss if those nutes are any good. / bump

I went to a goodwill store and bought a old wardrobe for $50. 3' x 2.5' x 6'. I highly suggest you try that.

Well I just picked up a massive cabinet (External dimensions are HxWxD 95 1/2in x 42 1/8 x 24 1/ That I picked up at the local scrap metal yard. There were many different sizes to choose from including old hazardous/fire proof cabinets of all sizes. Some things are alittle beat up or have alittle rust but as you can see from the pics I got a nice looking one with just a few dings here and ther i'm going to screw together.
It is actually too tall and I'm going to cut off the toe kick and beef up the bottom, hopefully I can get some casters on there but I think that is wishful thinking. So anyways, the cabinet was $30 and I don't think you could find a better deal anywhere else. Perhaps Free? I looking a Thrift Stores, junk yards, classifieds of all sorts, and end up at the scrap metal yard. Wish I would of started there in the first place

I used 1x3 furring strips and 1/8 inch thick paneling to build my own grow cab. Probably cost me around $80, and its light enough I can easily move it around myself. The beauty of building your own is that you can build it to fit into your grow area, and you can design it to fit all your hardware into it. I found that a lot of the grow tents are a bit small in width, because I wanted to run my filter-light-exhaust as straight as I could for max air flow. Building your own, you have that luxury. Scrap yards and yard sales are good places to find little gems too.

i grow about 5 oz every 2 months with a u haul grand wardrobe box and they are huge and only cost 9.99
