Where to buy pre-paid card that can be used Over seas?

I recently forked out over $100 to get a pre-peaid Amex card just to find out it's for domestic use only. It pissed me off a lil but i was like aite I'll just get a visa one and before i bought it i checked the back and it sed only domestic. So if anybody can help a brotha out I'd appreciate it or maybe tell me another way besides using my own debit card.

go to www.Accountnowvisa.com The card is free and I just got my seeds in the mail today using the card.

go to the bank man what the fuck. I didnt even need an account a a bank called centier it was a visa 3 dollar fee I have done this before works like a charm!

Don't you have a friend that you can put it under? Thats what I did, never had a problem ordering. It's not like you can f up your friends credit, it's pre pay.

Just look for any pre-paid card with the "all access" symbol on it or that says "all access" on it. You can do anything anywhere with those.

I was going to post the same thread today. I purchased one from Bank of america cause I couldnt find an all access at a CVS or Wally.

Long story short it was declined at check out. Now Im posting with no seeds on the way.

Whats the deal???

How does everyone get their beans?

Im just really tempted to use my own visa.
Any thoughts against it.

Of course I'd use a safe Addy.
