Where I live question

Got my card in the mail today, pretty excited right now! However I have one question:

Can I only have marijuana at the address on my card? Because I put down my home address, but my parents are going through a divorce right now and I live with my mom at a different address. So is it okay to have weed at both places or only the one? Thanks!

Hey Bro as far as i know you can only have it at the addy that you provided on your paperwork which is the same as your card, i was told if its not at the same addy then you would forfeit your legal rights as a medical grower.

I never seen anything in the STATES rules about being at the ADDRESS. I think they would make it very clear if you had to grow at your address.

Then how would the police check address to see if your a card holder or not then medical/420? My lawyer was the one who told me that the addy had to correspond to where the plants were kept.

Found someone on yahoo answers, (hopefully legit) who has this to say: You can grow medical marijuana anyplace that you want, as long as it is an "enclosed, locked facility". This requirement also includes those rooms within the home, I.e. A bedroom or closet.

So we are safe medical/420, and you were right. Thanks for the advice.

I can have weed on me at all times, As a medical card holder, i am allowed to have upto 2.5oz of weed on my person.

every 12 plants and 2.5oz's needs a co-insiding pateint id #1234567.

now to be a caregiver i think you have to it at your address.

there you go medical/420 thats what i was trying to say if you grow the same addy has to be the one on the card and the one you grow in so that if they would conduct a raid then they would know you are a registered caregiver and maybey wouldnt use gestapo tactics on ya with the beating down of the door shooting dog ect...

You may have your medical cards, patient and caregiver, sent to a post office box, this is true. So would that mean that I must have the actual grow in my PO box? thought that was only for seeds. Grow where you want. lock the door. leave some paperwork and a telephone number at the door.
