Where does mid-grade and schwag come from??

I think most of the dirt or schwag comes from mexico. The crap I see around here we call dirt. It's hard and compressed because it's put in kilo bails. Usually full of seeds.

Lol I love the kids who are still convinced you can only get goods from goods seeds and you will grow regs (what we call shit bud) from reg seeds.
Just get a good set up and it's pretty much guaranteed to be some stanks.

That is pure assumption and assumption is the mother of all ... well .. it ain't a good thing to do.
Genetics are everything. No matter how much experience and skill a grower has and regardless of how good of a setup they have it is virtually impossible to grow any strain beyond its genetic limits.
It is impossible.
The very best any grower can do is to maximize the genetic potential in whatever strain or strains they grow. Period, thee end.
If that was not simple enough allow me so state things a bit different.
You can't make chicken salad out of chicken shit no matter how much mayonnaise you add.

i can prove it.
i just did an experiment while growing top notch [commercially available] strains and along side i grew one seed from a nasty mexican schwag bud i had. the bagseed is pathetic. yield, smell, apperance, there are NO trichs on it at all.

I'm not at all saying that any seed will produce the best buds on the planet.
But I've seen soooo many seeds that come out of the shittiest weed grow into nice bud.
And besides what I said is different from what you said i said lol
I said that REGS seeds wont grow REGS givin good conditions....
and your chance of getting some stinky bud from growing reg seeds in good conditions is pretty high man...

seeds weigh more than buds and thats not profitable? wow good laugh tho! that shit sells for like 200 a lb anyway!! most mid grade comes from big opps and everything gets pulled at the same time usually early and usually from up north (fuckin canooks) most of it is actually grown from quality genetics that would produce bomb!! if grown right, I grew a plant out of some citrus smelling bud that i found a seed in out of a pound once and it was A+
