I've been growing for about five months now since february and I don't see any buddyshow and it's just now starting to grow hairs and I don't know where the buds grow from if you can tell me or pics of it starting to bud

Growing 5 months and its not budding? Im a newbie myself but jesus haha...i put mines to flower after 4 weeks

Are ye serious? I'll assume you are, if they are outdoors it requires day length to grow shorter, in the fall this happens =).
If they are indoors the lights should be set to 12 hours on /12 hours off and have total darkness when the light are off.. The buds grow from the little armpits between the stems and the leaves.
They are kinda like a flower. It takes forever for them to mature don't chop them down till 75% of the hairs are turned from white to brown. This is very important.

as long as it takes really it all depends on the strain your growing some can be done in no time at all and others like the one im growing white rhino can take 9 weeks you just gotta look at the hairs until most of them have turned orange or if you got a hand held microscope look at the trichomes and wait til their nice and cloudy
