Where do i find instructions for cloning???

I'm a little afraid to ask, but I have looked and searched all over here. I can't find a thread that explains the cloning process. Could someone tell me where I can learn about cloning, please?

start off with a cloning dome/ seedling starter dome. one with a lid thats 6" or 8" tall i believe, get some jiffys . ph up or down depending on your source of water to correct the ph balance. cloning powder or gel of your choice. i get the powder from canadian tire. rubbing alcohol , clean rags , sharp scirrors/razor/exacto knife. 2 - t8 2ft flourecent tubes or your choice of low light.
