Where do I ask help for choosing correct lights, ballast and all that stuff??

You can educate yourself on this by reading journals and looking at the on-line hydro supply stores and reading . Electronic ballast might cost a couple dollars more to start , but will pay for itself with low electicty bills .

well first you need to tell people what size growing area you have, wat kind( attic/grow tent etc), how much money you have to spend, how many plants you want to grow at a time etc etc etc then ppl will be able to help you more

Need help choosing setup.I have a 3x3x6 grow tent. I'm a dirt farmer and would like to get the best light for this size room. Where do I get the best light, reflector, ballast and most of all price?? No idea about how many plants 2 grow in there.

I think that's why so many people keep asking these basic questions about growing... is because they don't think to use Google before asking.

seriously man, nobody is gonna just tell u everything. if u wana grow, put in the work and study like everyone else. plus if u study u actually know whats goin on besides "i put the seeds in the ground and turned on the light"
