Where did it go and why...

It's funny when people get called out for snitching the shit they'll do! Hey this guy is calling me a snitch and ruining my rep, WAIT... I know what I'll do.... I'll call him a snitch.... That will work perfect.... LOL HAHAHAHA!!!
Bret meant to say "black listed" but he used "black balled". At least he didn't use blue balled lol

Blackballed definition from wiki: Blackballing is a rejection in a traditional form of secret ballot, where a white ball or ballot constitutes a vote in support and a black ball signifies opposition.

I called the court yesterday. mr. Ekdahl has his preliminary hearing scheduled for 12-7. I am sure he would appreciate some court support, if you are able to attend.

wrong wrong wrong wrong if law enforcement of any kind has a snitch in the caliber you guys are talking about with bret then his identity is never revealed publicly incase of backlash also if they have pending investigations that entails the same snitches knowledge or connections he will be protected from being exposed till they have no more need or his cover is completly blown so court papers arent going to show you shit because the police , cia , dea , w/e enforcement agency is using him will state this to the judge and any info will be kept private to maintain further or ongoing investigations...........and thats just common sense
That is unfortunate your friend was banned. Have you seen your buddies court paperwork? It will list the statment of probable cause, and what they presented to the judge for a search warrant.

Also, I did click on the link for a voicemail. Are there more than one, because the one posted only talks about lawyers and lawsuits. Never heard the word "cop" in it. Unless there is another one?

Uh. Yeah. That's how they work . There's a few hundred press release services that you can distribute to with one mouse click on some SEO software. No one said that it was fact because it's on the web. You ever here the expression "don't be leave everything you see on TV"? The reason I brought it up in the first place is because this was the 2nd time someone accused him of working with police.
Thanks for saying that. The reason I brought it up is because the person who originally posted the press release posted it as "proof."

I was the one that posted it and never said that it would prove anything. Just added to the validity of the op's claim. The real thing that won everyone over to the OP's "side" was how Bret acted when he came around here.

I will say this, snitch or not isn't my deal at this point. I know I'm never going to do anything with or around him because I have no need for that kind of weight. I do hope that you know him or know someone that can contact him because what I said about Matt Rize and Facebook is as real as the floor under my feet right now. That shit needs to come down and he needs to post an apology saying that he got bad information about Matt. If he does have web people they will tell him that those articles and press releases will be impossible to take down from overseas sources and the money that he will have to pay to try and SEO anything else on the first 10 pages of google when his name is searched will bankrupt him.
I believe apologies are warrented on both sides. Mr. Rize personally attacked mr. Bogue without knowing him. It is one thing to say "well let's find out about this CI issue". it's another one completely to personally attack someone you have never met and in a public forum. I think Mr. Rize and Mr. Bogue can both be adults and will settle it privately.

Uh... yeah. That is not a word in English, and you seem intelligent, so I'll chalk it up to emotional posting. But the idea is the same.

Why do you keep bumping* this thread?

It seems intentional at this point.

Mr B and I have settled this I believe.

*bumping = posting on a dead thread to revive it.

Uh... yeah. That is not a word in English, and you seem rather intelligent, so I'll chalk it up to emotional posting. But the idea is the same.

And we have settled this I believe.
