Where can the shaman live without persecution?

I have a serious question.

Is there anywhere in the world (apart from declaring your own patch of anarchy where ever you like) where you can legally grow marijuana like a herb/rosesvegetable and prescribe it as medicine and research all of its characteristics and properties as a legitimate professional path with out any hassle from the govmint or neighbours?

A land where if you wanted to be a herbal/gardening/neuroshaman/healer/teacher/stoner person and be respected for your contributions, society would accept you?

If not, what country is closest to being pushed that way? Uruguay and the new federal proposition in the US sound like potential, anyone live in specific states or jurisdictions that are future thinking and MJ friendly?

Im tired of this bullshit drug war.

Also I thought the restrictions are pushing things to dominated by big pharma/commercial interests and the federal situation is still f'd up the way you do things...

On the other hand, the police stopped by my research facility today, gave their two thumbs up of approval and went on their merry way.

Learn the limits and boundaries, work within them, and you'll be surprised at what you can do.

Neuroshamanism -

I am looking to establish it, somewhere MJ friendly.

There are a lot of quack doctors and drink-the-coolaid cults out there, neuroshamanism is supposed to take the strengths and none of the weaknesses of both approaches.
