So what has happened? I see some dispensaries are out of business and some still operate. Here in Washington some counties are demanding Federal compliance. Where does that leave the private individual?
It seems the gray area is ever expanding and nobody knows where we stand. So what is happening? why are some dispensaries getting busted and some not? Who is in charge of the ones not getting busted?
It looks to me like "big money" is cornering the private sector. Does that mean that they will try and stamp out the little guy all together?
Can someone who is in the know perhaps shed some light on the "Big Picture" especially up here in Washington. I thought I knew what the score was and now I'm just like WTF!
If ever in the future I where to bump up against my supposed legal limit I would like to have the option of offing my excess to a dispensary, but the way it's looking that would be a real bad idea to stick ones head up above ground level.
