I am tired of the top of plant strech
with a one top plant I want multi branch and less strech fed back needed

also read up on LST and Super Cropping, FMing ( pinch top ) and topping at the 5 true node.
Start with uncle Bens,
You will be happy with a 4 top plant if you are used to One.

Yea Jimmy check out Bens topping thread very good info. I used it to top for four tops and lst the main tops so more tops would fill in. Now I fim at the 5th or 6th node and use four main branches and trim the lower nodes.
