when will they stop growing!

i need some help. my girls are 2.5 weeks into flowering. my grow box is 2x2x4 foot. there just now getting long white hairs and buds growing but they keep getting taller! there about three feet now and everytime i move the lights up two inches they grow back to the lights in 2 days!! i only have a foot left to work with. what should of can i do? thanks for the help.

They won't grow too much after day 30. As a general rule, you can expect your plants to double in height in flowering.

As what homebrewer said. But if your getting too close to the light you could super crop or LST the tops where the plant is still bendy......

hey, nearly got ,my seeds and im just wondering..... could i like tie the plant down more towards the pot so it looks like a mj bush :L , just wondering :L.......
