hello to all, im not to sure when my girls will be ready? i know this might be funny to some but im not sure. my breed is bubba kush, mazar kush vanillia kush and lsd. i was told that they take 9 weeks but i started ripening on week 9. you know when you cut the food down by 50%. im now going into week 10 they look good but they dont have that kick in the face smell that im use to,so do i let them go another week or two with ripening then flush? it looks like they are still swelling up and thc is everywhere. i got a 30x glass to look at the thc and they are a milky white. thank for your help and i know its funny but please help me get this wright thanks for your help RIU family.:-(

Is that 9 weeks including your 2 week stretching period?

If its 9 weeks since you switched to 12/12 then you are probably more like week 7 of flowering.

my transition over to flowering 12/12 lasted 1 week then i went into aggressive flowering. so today starts week 10. are you telling me i should not count the transition time?

That is exactly what i am telling you.

Once the plants are switched to 12/12 then there is usually a 2 week period where the plant begins to flower and stretch in height.

THis is not included on flowering times that are given by breeders!

They assume you are counting from after the stretch period.

wow i messed up i cut 4 of them two days ago but the good news is i have 26 more to go. thanks boss. you saved my a@@.

If they are all milky then you should be good to go. It's personal preference as some like the couch lock that amber tech. give. Take a lower popcorn and microwave at 50% power for 10-15 sec burst until dry and give it a try. It will be harsh cuz it wasn't dried slowly but it will give you an ideal on how it will hit and decide from there. It's true that breeders don't tell u about the 1-2 weeks stretchin not included into the flowering time but the flowering time isn't exact also. keep that micro close and show some bud porn:weed:

i will try, i love the way they are growing. with athe wright light and hydro the next grow should be off the charts.
