When to use H202? Is this just for clones?

I have heard of ppl using Hydrogen peroxide in conjunction with thier clones. Why do ppl do this? What are the benifits? How much do you put in your resivoir? Can you spray it on your plants like a folior spray? What do I need to know about this?
