When to UP-pot solo hempy cups?

My plants are now 15 and 13 days old. ~Bag seeds are 15 days old, HW Fast and Vast, Sweet Dark Devil, and RQ Northern Lights are 13 day old autoflowers~

I'm having to water the solo cups every day, by the end of the day the reservoir is empty, not simply that they are light. Should I move them into 3 Gal hempy buckets now? Even if I can't necessarily see roots through the drain hole?

I'll usually upcan them whenever I can pull out the entire contents of the cup in one mass or when they are drinking the cup dry every day. Which ever comes first. When they are drinking that fast there is usually a established root system. I say go for it.

Doing great thanks for asking. Just finished a marathon trimming session. It totally sucked! It's so exciting the first few times, but after a while the closer you get to harvest the more you start to dread trimming.
