Hi how are you, looks pretty good a little deficient, go ahead and top when you want to and give a good feeding after to help her recover.

It looks like you've topped once before.

I would top those 2 top shoots then once they grow a bit tie all of them down evenly and veg it up a bit. As long as you have growth nodes below where you are topping each shoot it will be fine. These plants can be very forgiving at this stage.

Sure you could but that plant is looking really bushy, not sure I would if it was my grow. What kind of setup are you using? Also that pot looks a bit small.
Good point about time to pot up. Looking close I see slightly burnt leaf tips yet like moon dance pointed out it could be slight deficient.... would that make sense in that scenerio? I think so

I'd do that first then top and veg for a couple weeks and see where you are

You can top however many times you want it will just continue to spread out cola dominance. If you are going to top a node I like to wait for not only the node you are cutting off to be grown but wait till that node is growing out yet another so there is good development on the node you are keeping. You want the stem where you are keeping the node to be thick enough

Sounds great man! Very good looking plant. She responded well the the first top, I would wait until late you have atleast one solid node grown in then top again. Try to take a week or so between transplanting and topping so you don't pile on too much stress at a time

I hope that White Widow isnt an Auto-Flower!

I wouldnt be topping it at all lmao don't wana shock the growth on an Auto Flower.
Yes yes that is an excellent point! However no mention of Auto in the OP's original post so I went with Photo thinking.
