When to put under SGS160

So I have three babies, each just showing its first leaves. They are under CFL right now. When have folks thrown them under the LED?

They can go under LED at any time. Just raise the light higher.

I slipped mine under the SGS the same time I started giving them nutes, about 3-4th set of leaves. And I had the light at 24" and let them come to it thenkept is 20" all of veg.
