when to move to flowering

you can switch too flower any time best rule is to flower when you reach 1 3rd of the hight you want to end at.... useing hid you will want too flower b4 it gets too big as the light can only penetrate so far. there is a lot to factor in.... what light your useing how big your room is... more small plants is better than 1 big plant... generally if you flower at 1 ft. expect to finish at 3
