When to move rockwool clone to soil?

Cut ten clones from a buddy's garden two weeks ago. Day 12 we finally got a couple roots poking out the bottom of one. Day 14 now and a couple other small roots have come out the bottom. No roots showing on the other nine but they all still standing tall and proud.
Anyways, going into soil from here. Never cloned before. (Successfully anyway.) Should I let these roots develop more or are they ready to go into the soil?
TIA
And here's some pics of other stuffs I have going on.20200609_160817.jpg20200609_163823.jpg20200609_173033.jpg20200609_173057_HDR.jpg20200609_173047.jpg20200609_173109.jpg20200609_173101_HDR.jpg20200608_192732.jpg20200608_192807.jpg

I wait till I have at least 5-6 shoots coming out. Not that having 1-2 would break the deal.
Haven't potted her yet. Just got home from work and she got five or six coming out now. Just got her pot ready. She's going in shortly.
Thanks dude

Nice. Do you happen to have any root hormone powder? It helps stimulate root growth when the girls are transplanted. Just sprinkle around the cube and in the hole they sit in.

Yeah I figured as much. She's doing good now. Got one more that just popped a root overnight. The other eight are all still standing strong at 19 days! Slow but getting there. Coulda just popped 10 more seeds 19 days ago but oh well, these all female.
