When to harvest industrial plant cbd?

Tried some of my industrial plant cbd which has been growing for 9 weeks.
All the pistalls where almost White.
I used it for my backpain and it was really amazing and gave a minimal headhigh.
My question is when it should be harvested to get as much as possible cbd.

I've wondered the same, I would go by trichs and pistils, overall appearance like any other plant.

I wonder if cbd reaches it's peak in a similar way like thc does. I believe i read somewhere that cannabis has the most cbd when the pistils are White.

There was/is an ongoing issue with strains breaking the .3% THC threshold for the legal definition of hemp if the plants are/were allowed to develope to maturity. Now that there have quite a few breeders literally working the problem it's hard to say if this might actually be the case without knowing the specifics of the strain.
