When to flush?

The logic behind this makes sense... never thought about it like that.
Like I said I'm a first time grower, and I also thought they had a solid 3-4 weeks at least before considering starting to flush.
So I'm going to make it make alot of sense for you. Most strain start flower 7days into flowering and these strains can follow the recommended schedule. But some strains start flowering 3/5 weeks into flowering . And it's impossible to follow a regular flowering schedule so because you a new grower I explained the easiest method which is to start week 1 when pistils start forming.but a experience growers would automatically know to let the plant continue to flower until trichomes change . So as I said in your chance where your plants cleary are about 3/4 weeks into flower with little to no bud start week 1when pistils started . But in most strains flowering starts the same week and around day 7 pistils start to show but if you ever run across a strain that start showing pistils around week 3/4 use the method I explained. And don't listen to that other dude or you will flush and end up with nothing . Smh you don't even have buds why TF would he recommended flushing

yeah they have too much N right now IMO I would dial that down just a tiny bit and turn it up in bloom that much
So you're saying too much N.

I don’t recommend going hard on nutrients at all.
Mention you need to reduce your ppm by the last flowering weeks so don't go over feeding ,don’t kill them with too much care
1000/1200 looking fine ,but take care as 1300+
Add more grow they are praying for N
(My recommendation 9)
And you're saying they need a lot more N?

they don't know what they talking about . Your grow look great . I don't see any deficiencies on your plants .no matter what nutrients you may think you need if theirs no deficiencies showing in your leaves then continue on your feeding schedule ,

"I don't think I should start flushing now given they still have flowering to do"

That's a correct statement, never flush, but gradually decrease the strength of the nutrients you feed it over the last 10 days to 2 weeks, feed plain water last few times for best results!
-good luck!

smh, this thread is whack.

Bro, your buds look FARRRR off before a flush is needed.

75% brown hairs, start flush. Flush till your PPMs are the same as your flush water. Water between flushes with just molasses. Never feed just water,

When your halfway thru flower, Usually when you start to see the first browns hairs, Stop using N, and dail down any calmag u might be using.

And yes, the Flush is the most important step in the entire process.

and since EVERYONE here, says,
"No your wrong", then Id expect the same

lol..
No bro just different ways, different mindsets in this matter for sure! I read what you described above and I'm going to run a set and do it exactly like that because I like experiments & am curious to see what happens differently!? Sometimes there's just different ways ..seems like both work ok tho ?
-good luck!

No need to flush anything op. You can't remove anything from plant tissue flooding the dirt, nor do they "use it up" if not fed. When leaves yellow the plants moving mobile nutes from old growth to new growth which, ironically is the part we're harvesting to smoke.
